Being a natural nurturer, mixed with a quirky sense of humor, I have always had a passion for creating, recreating, and refreshing spaces and design.

I have multiple years of experience in design, staging, boutique hotel management as a Super Host, property management, and real estate. These skills, combined with Allison's impressive experience in real estate, mortgage, analytical and vacation rental home ownership, makes us the perfect full-service team.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate and mortgages, I bring an analytical approach to the business that perfectly complements Tanna's years of experience in design and property management. Together, we help create beautiful and profitable properties.

Having personally owned multiple rental properties, to include coastal short-term rentals, I have extensive knowledge in the investment side of the business. I l love market research and can develop a design with products that will give you the highest return on your investment.

I currently reside in a coastal community in San Diego and love the residents, the SoCal vibe, and still pinch myself because I know how special this lifestyle is. To live in such a serene environment with so much natural beauty, who wouldn't want to visit?
