We will take care of every aspect of the design and have the property ready to start producing income. This can be for an existing property that you are turning into a short-term rental or for a new build.

• Discovery interview to determine property goals, discuss the design/theme, and walk through expectations.

• Provide mood boards for each room you want designed. Mood boards will include links to purchase items at industry discounts. Client can approve or decline any product at this time.

• As the project manager for the full scope of the project, we will arrange for the delivery and assembly of all items. This high-level design will create jaw-dropping, Instagram-worthy spaces to entice renters to book at a premium.

• We will photograph the property for optimum rental and leave the property with a five star experience the guests will rave about.
